The floor uses a heavy-duty 4mm alloy with a textured coating, giving excellent resistance to scratches and impacts.
Recessed tie-down tracks run around the edge and across the floor, with external tie-down rails also included, giving multiple options to secure your load safely.
The standard finish is black powder coat, with optional colour-coded paint available to match your vehicle.
In most cases, you will not be able to refuel using a high-flow pump. High-flow diesel pumps generally exceed the flow rate of the tank breather and filler neck. While some original tub mounted fuel filler arrangements may have tolerated high-flow pumps, relocating the fuel filler lower to create space for the tray will generally stop this. Our fuel filler systems are engineered for use with standard-flow service station pumps. If you must refuel with a high-flow diesel pump, it may be possible by using it at part trigger and by slightly tilting the nozzle to reduce the sensitivity of the shut-off valve.
