Aluminium and steel construction with a zinc-plated base frame keeps weight down while resisting corrosion, and the heavy-duty 4mm alloy texture-coated floor is built to handle whatever the job throws at it. Trig Point’s patented toolless removable tray sides, recessed tie-down tracks, and external integrated tie-down rails make loading and securing gear straightforward, while a fabricated alloy headboard and tapered underbody boxes round out the package. Yes. Recessed tie-down tracks run around the edge and across the tray floor, with external integrated tie-down rails also included, giving you multiple options to secure your load safely.
In most cases, you will not be able to refuel using a high-flow pump. High-flow diesel pumps generally exceed the flow rate of the tank breather and filler neck. While some original tub mounted fuel filler arrangements may have tolerated high-flow pumps, relocating the fuel filler lower to create space for the tray will generally stop this. Our fuel filler systems are engineered for use with standard-flow service station pumps. If you must refuel with a high-flow diesel pump, it may be possible by using it at part trigger and by slightly tilting the nozzle to reduce the sensitivity of the shut-off valve.
