Warranty Policy

Trig Point warrants your purchase of a new Trig Point product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 3 year or 100,000km (which ever comes first) from the date of purchase. To claim a warranty the customer must contact either the point of sale or Trig Point (contact details below)

It is a condition of the warranty that the product has been correctly installed by suitably qualified personnel and is used in accordance with accompanying product information. Once any fault becomes apparent the user must immediately cease using the product and contact Trig Point. This warranty will no longer apply where Trig Point considers there has been damage to the product as a result of an accident, overloading, extreme off-road use, product modifications, incorrect installation, misuse, abuse or neglect.

Trig Point will provide the customer with a repair or exchange for the product if it becomes defective during the warranty period. The customer is responsible for any expenses you incur in making or pursuing a claim under the warranty. The choice of repairing or replacing a defective product under warranty is at the absolute discretion of Trig Point.

Trig Point designs our canopies and trays to fall within the body builders guidelines of the vehicle.
When requested, Trig Point will provide the weight of our canopy or tray in order to calculate payloads.
Refer to vehicle manufacturer for axle load limits, GVM limits and all other loading limits on the vehicle.

 GVM Upgrades

Trig Point will warrant and guarantee our products for use on vehicles with GVM upgrades.
Trig Point does not make any statements, warranties or guarantee as to the strength of other vehicles components or accessories to handle these higher loads associated with the GVM increase, including yet not limited to, chassis, axles, brakes, wheels, tyres and suspension components

 Other Accessories

Trig Point designs our canopies to be compliant in a vehicle in a standard state. We can not ensure compatibility and compliance with any other aftermarket accessories or modifications to the vehicle.
