Risk in the Products passes to you when the Products are delivered to the delivery address you provide, or when collected by you (or your nominated carrier). Title passes once payment is received in full, to the extent permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee or right you have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Any warranties provided by Trig Point or manufacturers are in addition to your ACL rights. Warranty terms and exclusions may apply and will be provided with the Product, on the product page, or upon request.
You’re responsible for ensuring Products are installed and used correctly and safely, including following all instructions and warnings. Where professional installation is recommended or required, you should engage a qualified installer.
Some Products may be custom, made-to-order, or built to specification. Lead times may vary. Change-of-mind returns may not be available for these Products, as set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Clearance or end-of-line items may be limited and may not be restocked. Any special conditions will be displayed on the product page and may also be reflected in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Website content (including text, images, designs, and logos) is owned by or licensed to Trig Point. You may use the content for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not reproduce, distribute, or use it commercially without written permission.
